This Has to be Real ...

This is my 11th entry for the Manip-A-Day challenge being help by . This challenge entails creating a new photo-manipulation for every day throughout the month of December!

For today I went with an optional insanity theme. The process of creating this was sad, creepy, and hilarious all at the same time. This poor girl, though having a "pretty" hallucination, is suffering from one all the same.
